You provide the contact name and telephone number of the 4 companies you’d like us to speak to. For a really good selection of testimonials, we would also like you to indicate why you have selected them. This helps us to direct our questions and discussions.
We ask you to let them know that we will be ringing, so that they are happy to take our call
We call your customers explain why we are calling and have a good conversation regarding how they have benefited from doing business with you.
We encourage them to reveal useful facts, figures and quotes that we can use in their testimonial. We ask if they are happy for us to write a testimonial with their comments.
Immediately following the call the testimonial is written.Draft testimonial is emailed to your customer for their approval.
The content of your testimonials is always dictated by what your customers say, but because we are experienced at asking the right type of questions and at translating what is said into powerful anecdotal wording, our clients are often amazed at what their customers have said about them!
